Call Center Representative

We are looking for a FT Call Center Representative for our RH Scott Branch located in Great Falls, MT. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members and we know that all starts with our employees. Responsibilities:

• Providing account financial information over the phone
• Providing share and loan rates
• Processing various financial transactions
• Processing loan payments
• Deposit verifications
• Lien releases
• Matching our members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products/services
• Performs any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Prefer an individual with 1 year of financial experience in member service or related work
• Flexible with scheduled shifts
• Must be able to cross-sell credit union services and products
• Basic knowledge of standard office equipment, calculator and Microsoft Office
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills and like working with the public
• Must be a team player and be able to maintain confidentiality
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and can lift up to 25 lbs.
